How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. We don't make you call. We don't make you chat with a retention specialist. It's two clicks from your account settings and it takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Where the cancel button lives
Sign in, then head to Settings → Subscription → Cancel plan. You'll see a confirmation screen that shows the day your access ends and what happens to your leads. Tap "Confirm cancellation." That's it.
You'll get an email receipt. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — no early cutoff.
Refunds
We refund any unused portion of an annual subscription, prorated to the day. Monthly subscriptions are not prorated — they bill in advance and run to the end of the month. If something went wrong (you were charged for a plan you never used, a free-trial conversion you missed, a duplicate charge), email billing@heyprescott.com and we'll fix it the same business day.
Honest moment
We track our cancellation refund rate publicly on our status page. If you ever feel like you got a worse refund experience than what you read here, please email — we want to know.
What happens to your leads
This is the most common question, so:
- Your existing leads stay yours. You retain access to read and export the lead inbox for 90 days after cancellation. We won't reassign your leads to another pro during that window.
- Branded wizard links keep working through the end of your paid period, then redirect to the generic wizard. Any borrower who lands on your link during that grace window is still assigned to you.
- Specialty program alerts pause the moment you cancel. We don't notify you of new matches you can't act on.
If you re-subscribe within 90 days, everything reactivates exactly where you left off — leads, branded links, specialty programs, integrations. You won't have to rebuild your profile.
Deleting your account entirely
Cancellation pauses billing but leaves your account intact. If you want everything gone — profile, leads, branded link history, billing records — go to Settings → Account → Delete account. We'll send a confirmation email; click the link to confirm and we'll delete everything within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain billing records longer.
