Borrowers complete the wizard, save programs, and (if ready) generate a pre-qual letter through Prescott. The lead arrives with your branded URL attribution and the full wizard answer set. You decide when to formally engage in your LOS.
Does the borrower data drop into Encompass?
Encompass + Lender Toolkit integration ships 2026 Q3 on the Brokerage/IMB plan. For LO solo plans today, export to a CSV and import to your LOS.
Do you guarantee DPA approvals?
No — we list eligibility based on the rules each program publishes, but underwriting decisions stay with the program sponsor. We mark every match as "Eligible" or "May be eligible" and tell you which rule is the soft one.
What if borrowers don't close?
Prescott's job is to give them a real plan. Borrowers stay in your inbox for 90 days after they save a program. After that, they age out — but you can re-engage any time before that.
